During a brief encounter with an entrepreneur this morning, the conversation led to a discussion of how to do more with the time we have in a given day. She and her business-partner husband have a business that is exploding, an increasing client base, and are becoming increasingly exhausted. There are so many things to do - many of which will make their business run even more smoothly, and set the stage for increased growth. With already working so many hours, how can they get it all done?
As I tell my clients (and have learned in my own life), we have two forms of currency: money and time. We either pay with time or with money. Regardless of the currency we use, we end up with less of it.
What about "less is more?" Can less time lead to more money, and less money lead to more time?
What about less money leading to more money?
Literally every business owner I have known during my many years wants more money, yet has a difficult time letting go of money (via securing outside help) in order to free their time to make more money doing the things they truly love and are passionate for.
Bookkeeping, marketing, administrative services, HR services, payroll....what can you spend money on to make more money? And let's not forget about having more time. Is your personal life out of rhythm? How can adding that assistance bring a new swing to your step?
